DESCRIPTIONS:
Facebook is one of the most well known online social networking site that function to create profiles, share photos, information, videos, link and respond to other users in there. This social network keep all the users to interacting with their families, friends, coworkers, business peers, school peers and strangers everywhere and anytime. In education world, Facebook is a great tool to discover various ways in teaching and learning process.
FEATURES:
News Feed. This is the main system where all the contents posted by the Facebook users will be appear.
Friends. The users can control to request follow other people, remove their friends and accepting them on this platform, Facebook also give suggestions to their mutual friends so that they can recognize them and follow them afterwards. Facebook profiles also have good privacy concerns to restrict selected content by users to remain private to non-friends or specific list of people.
Timeline. This timeline is function to show user's content based on year, date, month and time that they posted it. The most recent content posted by the user will appear on the top of the timeline in Facebook.
Reactions, Likes and Comments. Facebook's users can easily interact with each others by liking, reacting using emoji (pre-defined emotions including "love", ''haha'', ''wow'', ''sad'' or ''angry'') given, comments, sharing on the status updates, photos, videos or links posted by them. In the comments, users also can choose GIFs sourced by Facebook.
Messages and Inbox. Facebook Messenger is not only giving simple messaging service, it is also enable users to make voice calls and video calls for one-to-one interactions and in group conversation.
Groups. Group can be produced by any individual users. The function is to let all the members to post their contents and having discussion there. This feature is really effective for collaboration purpose, big events and other activities that including large community. Some groups are open and secret.
Notification. This feature important to tell users that some contents by other users have been added to their profile page. Therefore, every users will aware about what is going on the Facebook and stay updated.

Facebook is free communication channel, therefore, teachers can use this tool to communicate or reach their students, colleagues and family with messenger since the 21st century teaching and learning processes are required a lot of collaboration and communication using new technology. As the result, it will improves the interactions between teacher and student.
Good online teaching platform. For examples, teacher can upload their teaching materials in various forms (pdf notes, websites, live videos, pre-recorded or academic video) on Facebook with simple steps and easy to be accessed by their students. New teaching methods will be discovered.
Research tool for teachers. Teacher can easily look for high authority research material using Facebook in education. They also can join many educational groups of educators community to gain wider knowledge and gather new information.
News and update. Teachers can get every notifications about new news and stay updated about various of issues about education.
